Emergency Evacuation

An Emergency Action Plan documents the procedures to follow in an emergency, whereas emergency evacuation is a planned response to use a pre-determined set of exit routes that all building occupants can clearly see, understand and follow to a safe assembly area.

Evacuation drills should be practiced at least every 6 months, and these drills should be a combination of announced and unannounced drills which include a variety of possible emergencies from Fire to Bomb Threat to Explosion to Medical Emergency.

We design your evacuation routes and assembly areas with you, plot the information on computer, print and mount these floor plans. We also provide and install the symbolic signage as well as emergency and exit lighting as required. Your business requirements depend on your operation and your occupancy classification as defined in the National Building Regulations.
